Cedarwood oil

Cedarwood essential oil, also known sometimes as cedar oil is a truly beneficial and anciently popular health essentials oil. The oil comes from the pinaceae or pine family of trees that are known to last very long. The wood from these trees and the oil was used by “ancient” Egyptians , Sumerians, and many of the civilizations from the past. To emphasize on the word “ancient” cedar trees have also been mentioned in the Bible.

 

Eucalyptus Oil

Eucalyptus Oil is highly antiseptic, and it is a favourite remedy for colds, flu, coughs, bronchitis and viral infections. There are many ways in which it can be used for these ailments.As an inhalation , add 3 drops to a bowl of hot water and inhale for 5 minutes. Do this three to four times a day. Put a few drop on a handkerchief and inhale from time to time. Add a few drops to a warmth bath.

 

Frankinsense oil

Frankincense Oil, sometimes referred to as oilbanum is a common type of essential oil used in incense, fragrances and in aromatherapy. It can offer a variety of health benefits, including helping relieving chronic stress and anxiety, reducing pain and inflammation and boosting immunity.

 

Orange Oil

Orange Oil finds a wide range of use in holistically supporting the body on physical, mental and emotional levels, universally appealing aroma and ease of blending make it useful under almost any circumstances and a valuable addition to many formulae.

Jojoba oil

Jojoba Oil is a vegetable oil obtained from the crushed bean of the jojoba shrub. Jojoba is used as a moisturizer for hair and skin, it prevents hair breakage and strengthens the roots. Add a few drop of jojoba oil to your shampoo before use.

 

Lemon Oil

Lemons have been used for their medicinal properties for centuries,and their health benefits are well-documented ancient Egyptians would drink lemon juice to clear their bodies of toxins and poisons. Modern science tells us that the Egyptians were on to something – lemons have strong antibacterial, antifungal and antiviral properties. Spearmint essential oil also promotes resh breath and is used frequently in cooking and baking to create salad dressings, drinks, desserts, and meat marinades.
